RHH: how do you change your'e profile picture and edit your'e name?

my name used to be air yeezy but it's not letting me change it back?
ive tried going onto pulse and preferences but ivery time i click it
nothing happens?
@GANGSTA 4 LIFE ive done all of that but when i click edit name or
change pic nothing happens
